What is acceptable “proof of income” to sign a lease?

What happens if I qualify for a residence, but my roommate does not?


Options exist – inquire at property.

If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?


A lease may be broken with payment of a termination fee.
Ask about our preferred employer program when leasing.

Can I change to a month-to-month lease plan after my first year?


Renewal options will be sent to you prior to lease expiring and a month-to-month option will be presented. Note that additional fees will apply when going month-to-month.

What utilities are included in my lease?


None. Residents must put electric in their name prior to moving in and Residents are billed a convenience fee for other utilities which include Water, Sewer and Trash.

How long is the term of the lease?


9-15 months lease terms are available with the exception of Workforce Housing.

Do you accept leases for short terms?


Inquire at Office – Short Term Fees will apply.

Am I required to have renters’ insurance?


It is not required however, highly recommended.

Do you offer furnished apartments?


Yes.

When is my rent payment due?


Rent is due on the 1st of the month, grace day on the 2nd, late on the 3rd.

What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?


The 3rd of the month.

Do you offer electronic payments?


Yes, online payments are strongly encouraged through the resident page of our website. ACH and Credit Card* payments are accepted through this link. (*Fees may apply.)

Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?


Yes, a night drop is available.

There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted?


Yes, notify the office before your guest arrives.

My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive?


Yes, notify the office before your children arrive.

Can I install my satellite dish at my residence?


No. Satellite dishes are not allowed at our community.

Are residents permitted to paint their residence?


No.
